Applied AI mentorship · El Salvador & LATAM
Less theory.
More execution.
Mind Orbit IA works on your operation: what you do every week, where the time goes, and what can be automated without switching systems. Over three sessions we build the workflows and leave them running in the tools you already use.

01 — The diagnosis
Most people finish an AI course and change nothing the next day.
It isn’t lack of interest or lack of tools. Two specific failures show up in almost every organization we work with.
You learned the tool, not the request
Opening ChatGPT is easy. Getting something useful back is another matter. Without a structure for writing the instruction, the answer comes back generic, you revise it three times, and you end up writing the document by hand anyway.
The training ended and nobody opened the file again
Programs that hand out slides leave people knowing what AI is. No one goes back to the material because nothing was left running.
MIND ORBIT IA
We work in reverse: your real process first, the tool second. You leave with workflows running and the judgment to build the next ones on your own.
02 — Our methodology
Five questions that change what AI gives back.
PASTA is the structure Mind Orbit IA uses across every program to turn a vague request into an instruction that produces usable work. It isn’t a template you copy: it’s a way of thinking the request through before writing it.
The five letters
- P · Purpose — what result you need and what you’ll use it for.
- A · Audience — who will read it. The same fact is explained differently to a manager than to a candidate.
- S · Shape of the output — format, length and structure. Without this, AI improvises the form.
- T · Tone — whether it answers as a consultant, a writer or an analyst.
- A · Adjustments — the context only you have, and the corrections until it fits your workflow.
03 — Three orbits
Three ways to work with us, one discipline.
Whether you come on your own, with your team, or looking for training for your organization, the standard doesn’t change: real cases, building live, and something running by the end.

04 — Built for
If you are not technical, you are in the right place.
90% of the people who go through our programs have never written a line of code. What’s needed isn’t a technical background: it’s a method and someone reviewing your work while you build it.
Working professionals
Recover hours from repetitive tasks: reports, follow-up emails and analysis you still do by hand.
Team leads
Move your team from using AI on their own with no criteria, to standardized and auditable processes.
Business owners
Automate operations before hiring: lead follow-up, content generation and first-line support.
Event organizers
Keynotes and applied-AI workshops for conferences, industry associations and academic programs, designed around the event’s industry.

06 — Common questions
Before you ask.
Do I need a technical background?
No. 90% of participants have no programming background. If you can use Google Docs or Excel, you have what you need: we work with visual tools and plain language.
How much does it cost?
It depends on the format and the scope. One-on-one mentorship is quoted after the diagnostic, because the price changes with the complexity of what has to be built. Group courses and corporate proposals are priced differently. Message us on WhatsApp and you will get concrete numbers in the same conversation.
What tools will I use?
ChatGPT and Claude for language work, Make or n8n for automation, and whatever fits your industry: Zoho Recruit and Looker Studio in HR, content and image generation in real estate and marketing.
Do you work with companies?
Yes. We design internal programs for HR, sales and operations teams, including prompt standardization with the PASTA method and training internal champions who sustain adoption.
Is there a guarantee?
In Mind Orbit Labs, if you complete the five sessions, submit the projects and don’t leave with at least one workflow running, you get a 100% refund.
Twenty minutes to know where to start.
In the diagnostic we go through your actual week and you leave with a concrete answer: what can be automated now, what needs redesigning first, and what isn’t worth touching. If mentorship comes out of it, good. If not, you still keep the diagnostic.
